Moroccan Beach House

This modern home design was done for a client who requested a house similar to those in the same block but maintained a moniker of individuality. The house is a modern take on the traditional Moroccan household. When designing the house, the client stressed the importance of the kitchen and common areas, as they would be the main areas of entertainment. The model was originally done in ArchiCAD then converted to Revit for finalization. The project was done in conjunction with general contractors and architects from Morocco.
